The larvae were released to the artificial diet after spreading with EM 5, solvent without EM5, Bt, endosulfan, deltamethrin, sulprofos and methomyl compared with control. No dead larvae were found from the control, EM 5 and solvent without EM 5, all larvae could develop to be pupae and adults, While the LC50 of Bt, endosulfan, deltamethrin, sulprofos and methomyl were 320.09, 1,719.00, 181.46, 1,395.96 and 4,162.95 ppm, respectively. |
